I offer individual counselling for adults and young people, as well as couples counselling, both in person in Bournemouth and online.

My approach is warm, collaborative and tailored to you. I draw on different therapeutic approaches depending on what you need, rather than expecting everyone to follow the same process.

Whether you're experiencing anxiety, overwhelm, low confidence, relationship difficulties, trauma, difficult life experiences or challenges connected to neurodiversity, we can start with where you are now.

Individual Counselling

Sometimes you know exactly what is wrong. Sometimes you simply know that you're struggling.

You may be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, exhausted, stuck or disconnected. Perhaps your confidence has taken a knock, you're struggling with relationships, or you've been affected by experiences from the past.

Counselling provides a confidential space to slow things down, understand what's happening and explore what you want to change.

I work collaboratively with you and tailor our sessions to your needs.

I can support you with:

  • Anxiety and overwhelm
  • Stress
  • Low self-esteem and confidence
  • Relationship difficulties
  • Trauma and difficult life experiences
  • ADHD and autism
  • Emotional difficulties
  • Life changes and feeling stuck

£60 per session

Counselling for Young People

Being a teenager can be difficult without having to navigate anxiety, friendships, school pressures, family difficulties or questions about who you are.

I work with young people aged 14+ who may be struggling with anxiety, low confidence, emotional difficulties, relationships, school pressures or neurodiversity.

I aim to provide a relaxed, supportive space where young people can talk openly without feeling judged or pressured.

The work is collaborative and adapted to the individual young person.

Areas I can help with include:

  • Anxiety and worry
  • Low confidence and self-esteem
  • School and exam pressures
  • Friendships and relationships
  • Emotional regulation
  • Family difficulties
  • ADHD and autism
  • Difficult experiences

£60 per session

Neurodiversity Therapy

Understanding yourself rather than trying to fit yourself into a box

Being neurodivergent can affect how you experience the world, relationships, emotions, communication and everyday life.

You may be wondering whether you're autistic or have ADHD, adjusting to a recent diagnosis, struggling with overwhelm, or simply trying to understand why things that seem easy for other people can feel much harder for you.

I have a particular interest in supporting autistic and ADHD clients and have completed additional training in autism and ADHD.

My approach is not about trying to make you fit a particular idea of how you "should" be. Instead, we'll explore how your brain works, what you find difficult, what your strengths are and what might help you navigate life in a way that feels more manageable and authentic.

I can support you with areas such as:

  • Understanding yourself and your neurodivergence
  • Anxiety and overwhelm
  • Emotional regulation
  • Low self-esteem
  • Relationships and communication
  • Masking and exhaustion
  • Life changes
  • Adjusting to diagnosis
  • ADHD-related difficulties
  • Autism-related difficulties

I also work with couples where neurodiversity is part of the relationship.
